With the city's soda ban shot down by a state judge, at least temporarily, some restaurants that made moves to get compliant are now sitting on a ton of inventory they don't know what to do with. The Post talks to the owner of Schnipper's Quality Kitchen, who spent $19,000 replacing the restaurants' 20-ounce cups with 16-ounces ones, which are now " sitting in a warehouse somewhere" unused.
