Smorgasburg hit Yuji Ramen is taking over the pop-up space at the Bowery Whole Foods starting today, but that's not all. Fork in the Road reports that owner Yuji Haraguchi is planning a "Japanese street-food joint" to open in Williamsburg in June. It'll both takeout and dine-in options. [VV/FitR]
