Dirt Candy's Amanda Cohen shares her thoughts on restaurant reviewers: "You get this sort of very Yelp/Open Table/MenuPages/blogger side of the picture, and you don't really hear about what it's like to be the person on the other end. As a chef, it's really trying to get reviewed every single day no matter what the outlet is. And sometimes it just feels that it's 'us versus them.'
