Lafayette Announces Culinary Team; Koreatown Krawl

NOHO — Ladies and gentlemen, Andrew Carmellini, Luke Ostrom, and Josh Pickard have finally revealed the culinary team behind their hotly-anticipated Noho French restaurant Lafayette. Previously announced chef de cuisine Damon Wise will be backed by boulanger James Belisle, formerly of Per Se, and pastry chef Jen Yee, of Gilt and Aureole fame. [EaterWire]

FLATIRON — This Saturday, Butter and Egg Road, a private traveling dining club, is organizing a "Late-Night Koreatown Krawl" complete with a samplings of Korean food, Korean beer, and karaoke.
