Is the pink explosion that is Gina la Fornarina expanding downtown? Tribeca Citizen notes that the Italian mini-chain, which already has two outposts on the UES and one on the Upper West, was added to the revised CB1 agenda for Wednesday's meeting. It's still listed as "tentative," but owner Paola Pedrignani has submitted an application for a liquor license for 413 Greenwich Street, the pre-Sandy home of Il Mattone. [Tribeca Citizen]
