Next Friday, a band of fun-loving beer wizards will kick open the doors to a Greenpoint beer bar/restaurant by the name of Tørst. It means "thirst" in Danish, and "fiesta" in English. Momofuku alum Daniel Burns is in charge of the restaurant (which will debut in the spring), Danish "gypsy brewer" Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø is curating the beer list, and space is full of secret messages. Last night, the Tørst team tweeted a preview of the beer list. Here's a peek at what's in store:
