Out in Rockaway Beach, Thai Rock is reaching what owner Robert Kaskel describes as "the beginning of the beginning" of the rebuilding process. Construction should begin this month, and Kaskel's hoping to be open by the start of the summer tourism season. The restaurant's set up a Smallknot to help make that happen.
