Batali to Open Bronx-Inspired Restaurant in Vegas?

Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich are rumored to be prepping two new restaurants inside the Palazza in Las Vegas, writer John Curtas reported on Facebook last night. One of these is maybe a gastropub, and the other is rumored to be inspired by the red sauce joints along Arthur Avenue in the Bronx.

Daniel Boulud is also rumored to be opening up in the Palazzo. And as Eater Vegas points out, Batali and Bastianich already have three restaurants in Vegas, and Batali's talked about doing a "mini Eataly" there at some point.
