WEST VILLAGE ? On Monday, February 18, a handful of solid chefs, including Carlo Mirarchi and Katy Peetz of Blanca, are getting together for a $150 five-course dinner at Clarkson, the forthcoming restaurant at 225 Varick. The dinner is to raise proceeds for the American Cancer Society and for Andrew Inman, a longtime NYC chef who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. [EaterWire]
