Bao-slinging Renaissance man Eddie Huang has yet another book in the works. Called Undercover Brother, the book will follow Huang and his brother as they travel through mainland China, "armed only with New York savvy and middle-school Mandarin to become food vendors on the streets of Beijing." No word on when it will be released, but it will be published by Spiegel & Grau. [Eater National, Publishers Marketplace (subscription only)]
