The Price Hike

New, 8 comments

2013_2_AldeaQL.jpgGeorge Mendes's Michelin-starred restaurant Aldea has changed to a prix fixe-only format on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with three- and six-course offerings. At $95 before pairings, the longer menu is $10 more expensive than it is Monday to Wednesday, which Mendes tells Bloomberg's Ryan Sutton is because of slightly better offerings. Also: Aldea may in the future go solely prix fixe in the dining room. [The Price Hike]
