George Mendes's Michelin-starred restaurant Aldea has changed to a prix fixe-only format on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with three- and six-course offerings. At $95 before pairings, the longer menu is $10 more expensive than it is Monday to Wednesday, which Mendes tells Bloomberg's Ryan Sutton is because of slightly better offerings.
