The fifth anniversary of the traveling pork competition Cochon 555 kicks off next Sunday at Chelsea Piers. The first stop on the tour will feature an all-female lineup: Pig and Khao's Leah Cohen, Elizabeth Falkner of Krescendo, Back Forty West's Shanna Pacifico, Missy Robbins of A Voce, and Alex Guarnaschelli of The Darby. Each chef will create a menu using a whole hog and compete for the right to move on to the Grand Cochon event in June. Expect wine, bourbon, and a cheese bar, too.
