Graydon Carter's revamp of the Beatrice Inn is already on its third chef?sort of. Opening chef Brian Nasworthy left two weeks ago, with Calliope chef/co-owner Eric Korsch (an alum of Carter's Waverly Inn) taking over on an interim basis until a permanent replacement could be found. Today, Flo Fab reports that Hillary Sterling has been hired to take over the kitchen full time.
Sterling was most recently chef de cuisine at A Voce and has spent time at Mesa Grill and Lupa. She's reportedly still working on her new menu for the restaurant, but it should go into effect sometime around February 22.
