The 'inoteca Building Hits the Market

The Rivington Street building that houses Jason Denton's terrific Italian restaurant 'Inoteca is now on the market. The asking price is $12 million, and the listing notes that 'inoteca "can be bought out and/or the space can be delivered vacant." Hopefully Denton and his crew can work something out. The restaurateur recently closed 'inoteca Liquori Bar, 'ino, and Betto, so now his empire is down to just 'inoteca, Corsino, Indie Food & Wine, and an events company.
