A reader writers in with an early report on Dover, the new Carroll Gardens restaurant from Joseph Ogrodnek and Walker Stern: "It was every bit as good as Battersby, but without the cramped seating. The five-course tasting menu was nearly perfect (especially the Spaghetti Nero — spaghetti with crabmeat, Meyer lemon, chilis, and bread crumbs). Service was very good — a bit of hovering by the (many) servers, but overall impressively smooth." [EaterWire]
