Residents of Avenue A and East Second Street are none to happy with the Halal cart that has recently taken up residence on that corner. They complain of noise, exhaust fumes, dumped ashes, and a blocked sidewalk, and most recently have posted flyers claiming that the cart violates zoning laws. The operator of the cart, meanwhile, maintains that he has every right to be there. [EVG]
