Today in Extra Place dining news, it looks like Red Hook Lobster Pound is planning an outpost in the space recently occupied by Oaxaca Taqueria. The team is seeking a beer and wine license at this month's CB3 meeting, for a "quick-service" restaurant, most likely a lot like the original. This would be the second brick and mortar for the restaurant, although it also operates a food truck and stands at various food markets. [EVG]
