The furor over ramen burgers may have died down somewhat here in NYC, but entrepreneur Keren Chang is now selling them from one of the few food trucks in Singapore. The Traveling C.O.W. (Chef on Wheels) sells its version of the burger in flavors like teriyaki chicken and crab salad as well as the original beef. [WSJ]
