The entrees are inconsistent, but chef Roberto Aita, formerly of Fiore, "Has an instinct for appetizers...especially vegetables. On a recent evening, a vinegar-sweet caponata of squash, celery root, and parsnip made an inspired foil for burrata." [New Yorker]
