The new Upper West Side outpost of the wildly popular Xi'an Famous Foods (2675 Broadway) is now in soft opening mode. The official grand opening isn't until this Saturday, December 7, when there will be free burgers and noodles for anyone who "likes" the restaurant on Facebook. [Twitter]
