Filipino Food at Riverpark; The Gramercy Tavern Pang

KIPS BAY — Riverpark is serving some Filipino dishes from now until the end of the year to benefit victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. For lunch there are dishes like longganisa with pork sausage, green papaya relish, and sweet potato chips, and for dinner, things like seafood sinigang with prawns, calamari, and Manila clams in tamarind broth. COLLABORATIONS — The Num Pang team is bringing back the "Guest Chefs Give Back" charity series with the Gramercy Tavern Pang.
