The French Laundry's executive sous chef Philip Tessier will represent Team USA at the the Bocuse d'Or competition in 2015, along with commis Skylar Stover, who also works at Thomas Keller's Yountville, California restaurant. In the past, the chefs have been selected via a national competition, but this year the Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation made the choice based on the chefs' resumes.
