Chef Ron Rosselli IN at The Standard Grill

Locanda Verde's chef de cuisine Ron Rosselli is headed to The Standard Grill, where he will take over the executive chef position that Dan Silverman held until last summer. Rosselli has worked with Andrew Carmellini for the past 12 years. A rep for Locanda Verde says that they have not named a replacement for Rosselli yet. Dan Silverman is now working on opening Regency Bar & Grill, the new restaurant in the Loews Regency Hotel.
