doh-chron1217.jpgA recent report shows that 97.2 percent of restaurant owners who challenge the sanitary violations issued by the Health Department fail to get them overturned in court. As the Post points out, that's a much lower success rate for restaurants than for most other business owners, including cabbies, who get violations overturned 33 percent of the time. [NYP]
