Celebrating The Eater 38 with KETEL ONE® Vodka


On Tuesday, chefs, restaurateurs and a few lucky readers gathered to celebrate the Eater 38. Chefs like Kin Shop's Harold Dieterle, NoMad's James Kent, Amali's James Mallios, and Maysville's Kyle Knall turned out to sample stellar KETEL ONE® Vodka cocktails designed by Eleven Madison Park and NoMad cocktail whiz Leo Robitschek, plus delicious food off the menus of two Eater 38 instant classics. Guests were treated to the legendary fried chicken and biscuits from Daniel Humm's NoMad team, along with Spanish-influenced bites from La Vara chef Alex Raij, including squid ribbons with Ajo Blanco, sea urchin and huitlacoche oil.
