Abram Bissell to Take Over at The Modern in March

The rumor circulating back in October that Abram Bissell would step in for Gabriel Kreuther as executive chef at The Modern has been confirmed. Union Square Hospitality Group announces that Bissell, formerly executive chef at The NoMad, will take the reins in March of 2014, when Kreuther leaves The Modern to open his own restaurant. As already discussed, this all makes a lot of sense, since Bissell started his New York career working at The Modern under Kreuther.
