All-Biscuit Restaurant Opens Again, For Good This Time

True to its word, Empire Biscuit is really actually open for good now. After taking a few breathers to recuperate after unexpectedly massive popularity, the all-biscuits-all-the-time restaurant opened at 8 a.m. this morning and plans to keep doing so every morning from now on.

Co-owner Yonadav Tsuna says that they've bulked up their production, brought on a professional baker to streamline the biscuit-making, and smoothed out the service to get those biscuit sandwiches out as fast as possible. It will still be a couple weeks at least before the restaurant opens for 24 hours as originally promised, but they're determined to stick to that plan. For now Tsuna says they're just aiming to stay open every day, and will be from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. until further notice.
