The Shutter

twoboots.jpgThe 24-year-old Park Slope outpost of Two Boots will close after the weekend, to reopen in January as a new Southern spot. Co-owners Andy and Piper Wandzilak are taking over from retiring owner John Touhey and "losing the pizza" to focus on the Lousiana side of the operation. The other Two Boots locations are the spinoffs of a former owner, and will remain open. [BP]
