For the last six months, chef Tadashi Ono (La Caravelle, Hiro, Matsuri) has been quietly holding down the kitchen at Serge Becker and Matt Abramcyk's MaisonO in the old Kenmare space. Ono also recently published a cookbook with writer/Ganso restaurateur Harris Salat about Japanese comfort food.
