Julian Niccolini, co-owner of the Four Seasons Restaurant, is no stranger to celebrities and their wild requests; he once brought in Dairy Queen special for Warren Buffett. But he's also devoted to helping "regular customers." If a guest wants a hot dog, he'll get one from the nearest cart: "They can't believe they're eating hot dogs at the Four Seasons.
