Julian Niccolini, co-owner of the Four Seasons Restaurant, is no stranger to celebrities and their wild requests; he once brought in Dairy Queen special for Warren Buffett. But he's also devoted to helping "regular customers." If a guest wants a hot dog, he'll get one from the nearest cart: "They can't believe they're eating hot dogs at the Four Seasons. [But] we don't charge hot dog prices. We charge the $50 or $60 for the main-course price. After all, we made the special effort—we make sure their special requests are absolutely fulfilled." [NYP]
