Zak Pelaccio has been distancing himself from the Fatty restaurants for a while, but now it's official: the chef/restaurateur is completely out of the Fatty Empire. Following yesterday's news about the shuttering of Fatty 'Cue Brooklyn, a rep sends word that Pelaccio "has absolutely no part in the group anymore."
