Cocktail wizard and equipment tinkerer Dave Arnold has unveiled the first retail product from Booker and Dax (the "food science development" arm of the company, not the bar). Called the Searzall, it's an attachment that turns a blowtorch into "a hand-held broiler for the professional and home cook." The final release date is set for April 2014. [Eater National]
