Giuseppe Gonzalez OUT at Golden Cadillac on First Ave

Barman Giuseppe Gonzalez has left Golden Cadillac, the buzzy bar that he opened just three weeks ago on First Avenue. Gonzalez, who previously worked at PKNY and Clover Club, was one of the partners of the 70s-themed bar along with cocktail historian Greg Boehm. So far, the early word has been great. Gonzalez confirmed the news of his departure to Grub Street, but he did not offer an explanation as to why he left or where he's going.
