Bryce Shuman and Eamon Rockey's critically acclaimed new Midtown hot spot Betony launches lunch today. The menu from Shuman is a two-course, $38 prix fixe, with appetizers like chicken liver mousse and entrees like poached striped bass or roasted chicken with chanterelles and turnips. Desserts are $10 each, so the total three-course price is $48.
Lunch is offered Monday through Friday from noon to 2 p.m., and Betony is now taking reservations for it online. Take a look at the full menu, below:
