In a chat with the New Yorker last month, chef Hugue Dufour hinted that he wanted to serve lion meat at M. Wells Steakhouse. And now the International Fund for Animal Welfare has issued a statement urging Dufour and his crew not to serve the jungle beast. There have been no reports of lion steaks at M.
