Mirko's, a Hamptons mainstay, is set to close its doors at the end of the fall season. Political big wigs and finance moguls alike have filled the 11-table restaurant for the past 30 years, and business is still flourishing, but owners Eileen and Mirko Zagar feel it's the right time to call it quits. Mrs. Zagar tells the Post that "we want to retire while we are still young enough to enjoy it." Rumors are circulating that Mario Maccioni has his eye on the space, but nothing is definitive yet.
