A big congrats to everyone's favorite food writer Robert Sietsema, who just inked a book deal with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. According to Publishers Marketplace, New York in a Dozen Dishes will be "a multi-decade foray through the city, exploring a cross-section of its most significant foods, from pizza to masala dosa, and the culture and communities that have surrounded them, with recipes."
