Here, now, is a look at Rotisserie Georgette, the first solo project from Daniel Boulud's former director of public relations, Georgette Farkas. The dining room has a few Baroque flourishes, as well as a few modern, industrial touches, and it looks like there's not a bad seat in the house. The chef here is David Malbequi, a veteran of both the Boulud and Tourondel empires. Rotisserie Georgette is now open for dinner. Check out the space and the menus:
