April Bloomfield & Suzanne Goin to Team Up Next Week

Next Wednesday, November 20, acclaimed Los Angeles chef Suzanne Goin, of A.O.C. and Lucques, will join April Bloomfield in the kitchen of The Spotted Pig in the West Village. The chefs will cook dishes from Goin's new A.O.C. Cookbook, including things like dandelion and roast carrot salad with ricotta salata, and pork cheeks with polenta. As is generally the case with guest dinners at The Pig, all of the specials will be offered a la carte in addition to items from the regular menu, and tables will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, so you don't have to buy-in to a tasting menu to try Goin and Bloomfield's dishes.
