The menu at Upper East Side newcomer Rotisserie Georgette is at least partially inspired by the rotisserie restaurants of Montreal. Proprietor Georgette Farkas discovered them on a trip with her old boss Daniel Boulud a few years ago. Farkas tells the Post: "After my Montréal tasting tour...I learned that rotisserie chicken is so simple, but you have to do it right. These restaurants gave me the confidence to do it with simplicity." [NYP]
