A new restaurant group is applying for a liquor license at the White Street space that currently houses Churrascaria Tribeca. As Tribeca Citizen notes, the restaurant is at the "renew-or-leave 10-year mark." No word yet on what the new applicant wants to do with the space, but Churrascaria Tribeca is still very much open for business. [Tribeca Citizen]
