During the month of November, Momofuku Milk Bar serves its greatest creation: the Thanksgiving Croissant. The first batch just came out of the oven, and they're cooling on the Momo windowsill right now. This magical pastry is stuffed with white meat turkey, dark meat turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce, and the dough is made with celery salt, so it tastes like stuffing. Eat one for a light lunch, two for a serious dinner, and three for a Thanksgiving feast.
