A new documentary called Sweet Dreams profiles the efforts of Blue Marble Ice Cream to help a group of Rwandan women open the country's first ice cream shop. The film is currently showing at the Quad Cinema, and to celebrate its release Blue Marble is selling an ice cream made with Rwandan coffee, caramel, and honey sponge candy, with all proceeds going to their nonprofit Blue Marble Dreams.
