Georgette Farkas's new restaurant with David Malbequi, Rotisserie Georgette, will serve simple roasted chickens as well as ones stuffed with truffles and foie gras. The Post reports that former Daniel sommelier Jean Luc Le Du is working on the wine list, and rock promoter Ron Delsener is helping with the playlist. It's slated to open in about four weeks. [NYP]
