Chef and Partners Leave Cole's Greenwich Village

New, 8 comments

Several of the big players behind Cole's Greenwich Village are parting ways with the restaurant. The Post reports that chef Daniel Eardley has already left Cole's, and nightlife men David Rabin, Johnny Swet, Kyle Hotchkiss-Carone, and Larry Poston are in the process of suspending their involvement because of a contract dispute with owner Penny Bradley. Larry Poston tells the Post:

It's been a thrilling experience opening such a well-received restaurant. We've left it with a great platform, and we're sure the business will continue to thrive. We wish the best of luck to Ms. Bradley.

Bradley was also one of the owners of Lyon, the restaurant that briefly occupied this space right before Cole's Greenwich Village opened. No word yet on who will replace Daniel Eardley in the kitchen. Cole's opened back in January.
