Lower East Side NIMBYs Shunned by Other NIMBYs

Things had been going great for the LES Dwellers, a group of NIMBYs whose entire organizational mission was to prevent bars and restaurants from securing liquor licenses on the Lower East Side. They had battled the new Soho House to at least a draw, and had recently helped de-throne neighborhood kingpin David McWater. But it seems like they got a bit too power hungry for the members of the Community Board 3, who grew tired of the LES Dwellers secretly negotiating with bar owners outside of the CB process and also using their bully tactics against business owners outside of their approved zone of influence.

The CB 3 decided to suspend the Dweller's NIMBY privileges for three months as a slap on the wrist, a move that the Dwellers believe is illegal. They still plan to show up and lobby against liquor licenses in the area as individuals until this whole mess gets straightened out. Once the NIMBYs turn on each other, is there any hope left?
