A reader writes in with a report from day one of Red Farm Upper West Side: "Considering that they were slammed, the service was charming and efficient. Scallop ceviche is to die for. Soup dumplings bigger than usual Shanghai ones, with full-bodied flavor — messy but delicious. Probably will never be able to get in the door again once the word gets out that it's opened."
