A group of people all decked out in "Shack Shades" can only mean one thing; the newest location of Danny Meyer's beloved burger joint is now open for business. After nearly two years of waiting, the Shake Shack team officially opened a booth in the lower level of the Grand Central Terminal dining concourse this morning, complete with its famous burgers, those fancy hand-cut fries, Shackmeister Ale in convenient commuter-friendly bottles, and, as a tribute to the train station's iconic ceiling, a special "constellation" concrete. The new shack will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
