It has been the most wonderful and jam packed two years at Booker and Dax, and I am so proud of what we have managed to accomplish in our tiny bun station in the back of a restaurant. I leave more than my fair share of blood, sweat, and tears on those bar tops and with nothing but love it is time to move forward. I can not wait to tell you what is right around the corner. Onwards and upwards.No word yet on what Willey has planned next, but the guy can probably choose to do whatever he wants — he's highly respected among the cocktail community, and the man knows how to make a mean daiquiri.
