Last Friday, Marc Fogione and LDV Hospitality opened a Tribeca location of their Atlantic City steakhouse American Cut. The menu includes many cuts of wet and dry-aged beef, as well as a lot of composed plates to start, like bone marrow with escargot, octopus with celery and salsa verde, and the beloved chili lobster dish from Forgione's eponymous restaurant around the corner. The dining room would not be out of place in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby. Here's a look around:
